Wir übernachteten in der Nähe des Strandes von Salgados, einem Naturschutzgebiet, das es uns ermöglichte, Wanderungen im Naturschutzgebiet Lagoa dos Salgados zu unternehmen, das für seine Artenvielfalt bekannt ist. Die Gegend eignet sich hervorragend für Wanderungen, Radtouren und Vogelbeobachtungen. Albufeira bietet außerdem eine hervorragende Anbindung an die Küstenwege und viele Routen, um die Klippen und versteckten Strände zu entdecken. Es ist ein fantastisches Ziel für Outdoor-Abenteuer.
