Located in Alto do Moinho, a privileged position above the Old Town, beaches, and the new Marina, this one-bedroom townhouse is a true haven of tranquility. With refined decor and superior quality standards, it provides all the comforts of home, ensuring an unforgettable stay. Upon entering through the private entrance on the ground floor, you'll be greeted by a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The generous living room features a 70" Smart TV and patio doors that open onto the terrace, perfect for alfresco dining. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa bed (140x200cm).

Upstairs, you'll find a charming sun terrace, a bedroom with a balcony, and a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm), along with a wardrobe for convenient storage of your belongings. The full bathroom boasts a generous shower, double sink, bidet, toilet, and a washing machine for guests' convenience.

To ensure a pleasant and worry-free stay, we provide a variety of amenities, including high-speed WiFi, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, as well as towels and kitchen cloths.

This is a fully private townhouse with exclusive terraces, and guests have access to the shared garden and pool, where they can unwind on sun loungers and enjoy the mild climate of Albufeira.
