For bookings longer than 10 days, an additional set of fresh bed linen and towels will be provided.

Additional notes
- The guest will pay 2% at the time of booking, this amount is non-refundable.- The guest can cancel with a 2% charge, up to 60 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the guest will be charged the full price of the reservation.
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The remaining amount must be paid the following day at the reception.
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination.
- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Tourist tax not included.

TOLL, TOLL, TOLL!! Eine wunderbare, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt an der Algarve! Es waren 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne und Dusche. Waschmaschinesee more
TOLL, TOLL, TOLL!! Eine wunderbare, gemütliche und saubere Unterkunft für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt an der Algarve! Es waren 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. 2 Badezimmer, eins mit Dusche und eins mit Badewanne und Dusche. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Küche toll ausgestattet und sauber (nur einen Wasserkocher haben wir nicht gefunden.) Wohnzimmer groß mit Esstisch, Couch und Fernseher. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und einem der Schlafzimmer. Balkon mit Wäscheständer und Blick auf die Shoppingmeile. 5 min die Straße runter und man ist am Strand und diversen Restaurants. Mehre Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Lidl 7-10 min zu Fuß). Umgebung sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich wohl. Unheimlich gute und einfach Beschreibung für Check-In und Check-Out. Schnelle, zuverlässige und freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host. Einfach eine tolle Unterkunft. Für den Preis einfach unschlagbar (50€ pro Nacht haben wir bezahlt und waren im September dort) Gerne wieder!

Passamos sempre férias em Armação de Pêra e este apartamento é muito prático e próximo da praia, mercado, restaurantes e cafés.
Aconselho a quem quiser umas férias livres de carro e transito pois desde que chegamos não precisamos de tocar no carro.
