A localização é excelente: muito perto da praia, com supermercados, restaurantes, lojas e bares a curta distância a pé. Está numa zona animada, o que facilita aproveitar tudo o que a área tem para oferecer. Destacamos também a piscina grande, perfeita para os dias de sol, e a garagem privativa, que foi uma grande vantagem, sobretudo numa zona com movimento.
