- El huésped pagará el 2% en el momento de la reserva, esta cantidad no es reembolsable- El huésped puede cancelar con un cargo del 2% hasta 60 días antes de la llegada. Si la cancelación se realiza con menos de 60 días de antelación a la llegada, se cargará al huésped el precio total de la reserva.
- Llegada fuera de horario: Organizar llegada con agencia en destino. El resto de la reserva se abona al día siguiente en la oficina de recepción.
- Unos días antes de su llegada, deben ponerse en contacto con la agencia de recepción para comunicar su horario de llegada (nº vuelo / barco en su caso) y organizar la recogida de llaves.
- Una vez llegado al destino, por favor contáctenos por teléfono y diríjanse directamente al alojamiento o punto de reunión previamente concertado.
- En temporada baja la hora de entrada y de salida son flexibles. Contactar con la agencia para concretar las horas.
- Tasa turística no incluida en el precio.
